Customer Responsibilities & Site Requirements

• Remove all obstructions - branches, trees, rocks, stumps, etc. - within 3' area around shed (space needed for work and staging).
• Clear access to shed site. Please inform us prior to delivery of any site difficulties such as fences, gates, stairways, etc.*
• Obtain permit.
• Provide an electrical outlet within reasonable reach of site.
• Provide stone base or leveling blocks. This service can be provided by us, please call us for more details.
• Mark shed / building location prior to delivery.
• Dispose any construction remnants (approx. 1 trash bag).
• Paint / stain shed within 30 days of delivery recommended.  Sheds come unfinished.
• Arrange for final payment at the time of delivery or completion.

*Note:

• There will be an extra charge if we cannot get our vehicle up to the site, or for any conditions which result in delays at the job, including releveling of stone.
• There will be an extra charge for on-site assembly.
• There will be an extra charge for delivery beyond 30 miles.
