Our buildings are constructed to meet local building codes.

We use engineered roof trusses in most buildings which are rated and designed for harsh winters. 

True roof trusses are designed and engineered for 24" on center spacing.  This spacing allows you easy access for our built in attic storage.

Our engineered roof trusses are also available in 16" on center spacing and many different pitches and configurations.

Our walls are constructed with a double top plate (not just a single top plate) and are framed with 2x4's 16" on center.
